A mechanical and synthetic full body suit designed by the SCP Foundation, reverse engineered from salvaged alien technology. If worn by a humanoid and activated, the suit generates a "perception blurring field" which makes the wearer unnoticeable. It uses a device with powerful illusion and psychic effects to achieve this. Additionally, when active the suit and the person wearing it are immune to any changes in the world from time travel. The suit is designed to enable a foundation agent to survive catastrophic events, to not be erased by changes from time travel, and to travel openly in hostile areas without being attacked by enemies. It takes up your armor slots. The suit is powered by advanced nuclear batteries, and electric wiring.
HUD. The suit's visor has a heads up display which shows icons about the suit's battery charge, the time and date, and other suit functions. The suit has a very accurate atomic clock which always keeps correct real time, even if the person wearing it gets a different perception of time.
Psychic Blur. The suit makes the wearer appear as a blur with undefined features to observers, and makes people subconsciously avoid looking at them or simply ignore them, altering their perception. Speaking directly to the person wearing it is difficult and makes people feel uncomfortable, like they don’t want to recognise the person exists. It allows the wearer to blend into any environment as if they are meant to be there. These psychological effects extend to viewing through scrying, photographs, or cameras. When the suit is removed or switched off, these effects end. Creatures with truesight are able to directly look at the person wearing the suit, but still are affected to not "want" to notice them. Creatures with an Intelligence of 22 or more can make an Intelligence check to notice the creature as a trespasser, and can attack them.
Invisibility. To assist with stealth, the suit can also turn it's surface invisible, using an invisibility generator, which bends light around the suit.
Timewave Immunity. When active, the suit generates an anti-timewave shield, which prevents it from being affected by changes in the timeline. For example, if something happens in the past and it changes the world drastically, the suit will not be erased from existence, and the person will retain all their original memories. Additionally, the wearer is unaffected by other time distortions, such as time loops, the Time Stop spell, and places of altered time, like the Feywild. For example, they can leave the feywild, and will not exit at a strange new time.
Night Vision. You have Darkvision up to 60 ft. using the night-vision goggles built into the visor. The night vision can be active for 8 hours total before needing to be recharged.
