Arrow of Flying

This arrow bears a larger than normal fletching and what appears to be a small set of wings near the center of the shaft. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this piece of magic ammunition. After this arrow strikes its target, and if it is retrieved, roll a d10.  If the result is less than the number of times the arrow has been used, it loses its enchantment.
