A plain silver chain holds a platinum pendant of the Platinum Dragon with diamonds embedded in the eye sockets. 

While attuned, at the cost of 10 Lay on Hands points the attuned may automatically stabilize rather than roll any Death Saving Throw.  For 25 Lay on Hands points the attuned may regain consciousness with 20 hit points instead of rolling a Death Saving Throw.
