Amulet of the Artificer

Whenever you make an Intelligence check related to magic items, alchemical objects, or technological devices, you can add twice your proficiency bonus, instead of any proficiency bonus you normally apply while wearing this amulet.
Once you are attuned to this item. You may as an action speak to the amulet and the amulet will transform into a familiar within the context of the find familiar spell. The familiar has the Statistics of the chosen form, though it is a Clockwork familiar instead of a beast. You can cast this spell equal to your Intelligence modifier(minimum of 1) time a day. The magic refills when an Artificer infuses the magic needed.

Notes: Intelligence must be 13 and spend a long rest with this item.
