Armor (breastplate), rare (requires attunement)

This breastplate was once worn by a healer that put themselves in harms way in order to protect the others around them. With a final sacrifice that resulted in the healer's death, their mentality was infused into this armor.

You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this breastplate.

You can cast prayer of healing at 2nd level and life transference at 3rd level once per long rest.

The breastplate has a maximum number of ten charges that can be used to cast healing spells without requiring material components. You can discharge one charge to cast healing word at 1st level, you can discharge two charges to cast cure wounds at 2nd level, and you can discharge four charges to cast mass healing word at 3rd level.

You can use your reaction to take a -5 penalty to AC when targeted by an attack by an enemy creature (DM's discretion), and if the attack hits the breastplate gains one charge and you take the appropriate amount of damage. On your turn, you can use a bonus action to give yourself vulnerability to one damage type until the beginning of your next turn. With every attack by an enemy creature that hits and does damage of that type, the breastplate gains three charges.

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.

Notes: Bonus: Armored Armor Class
