This amulet is blessed by the Fey and lets the uses cast Find Familiar without material components. The creature summoned is determined as Fey, no matter the form or shape of the chosen familiar.
The amulet holds 2 charges which can be used to cast Find Steed, which summons a Horse of the Feywild. Casting Find Steed will dismiss any summoned familiar and take its spot temporarily. The spell lasts for 6 hours or until the Steed is dismissed or defeated and does not require concentration.
The amulet also counts as an arcane focus because of its magical effects and links to the feywild.
