Amulet of Stabilization

This heart shaped locket glows red dimly when in the dark. The red gem in the stone is said to have brought creatures back from the recently departed.

Whenever the attuned creature has to make a death saving throw they treat a roll of 19 as if it were a roll of 20, stabilizing and returning to 1hp. This creature also ignores the double fail condition granted by rolling a 1 and instead just takes 1 failed death save.
