The tome has a black leather cover and all the writing on the cover, back, and all the pages are written in blood in the abyssal language. The back of the book contains the names of all past spellcasters that have been attuned to this tome.
While attuned to this tome the caster gains +2 to spell attacks and spell saves.
Ultimate Sacrifice: While attuned to this book, the wielder may use a bonus action to use any number of unspent hit dice. But instead of healing, the wielder takes the total amount as necrotic damage that goes threw all resistance's and immunity's and is unavoidable. After doing so, the wielder regains spell slots of a level equal to half the amount of the number of hit dice spent. (Example: wielder expends 4 hit dice and regains one 2nd level spell or two 1st level spells.)
A Soul for a Soul: If the caster dies while using the Ultimate Sacrifice feature the caster's soul becomes entrapped into the book. The only way the caster can become resurrected is by a wish spell.
