A 6 cylinder engine made of partially rusted and repainted scrap metal that have been poorly bolted together , pistons that violently creak when pumped, and an odd dull-green crystal under it all that seems to mysteriously making anything attached to in function with relative ease, as long as the part being attached is done so in a way were the one working on it attempting to make it work.

The engine also stores a a basic steel vehicle frame and a leather reinforced wheel with metal spokes within itself that can be drawn out instantaneously, and anything attached to these frame or wheels stay on it as it gets stored into the engine.
