Armor of Shocking

If the wearer of this armor is proficient with heavy armor, they may use their action to make a ranged spell attack (with advantage if the target is wearing armor made of metal), to a range of 60 ft., and dealing 3d6 lightning damage on a hit.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
