Airburst Cloak

While you wear this cloak, as a bonus action, you may speak a command word to cause yourself to be launched 50 ft. in the air and begin slowly falling. At the start of your next turn you safely land. Once you use this feature you cannot again until next dawn.

While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to make it billow dramatically.
