Arm given to Inosuke by the spirits that reside in the forest. Can shift form into shield, greataxe, whip and cannon forms.
Greataxe:
Inoske concentrates, and his arm forms into a large greataxe, with his palm melting into the handle. Requires both hands to wield properly, 1D12 damage.
Shield:
A large oak shield forms out of Inosuke's arm. Can be used with one arm increasing AC by two. Can be hacked off to give to another player to last for five turns. Can be used two handed to raise AC by three. Cannot be given to another player.
Whip:
Inosukes arm turns into the arm or a birch tree, long, thin and flexible. Has a range of thirty feet, and can dig into a wall to be used as a grappling hook on a sucessful strength check. 1D6 damage.
At third level, inosuke learns how to create small metal slugs that deal 1D8 plus strength modifier peircing damage with a 150ft range. Inosuke will have to use an action to reform his arm from whatever weapon he has chosen. Inosuke can choose to transfer a magical item into the forest "database" allowing him to identify and copy magical traits associated with the weapon onto his summoned weapon at the cost of the item becoming destroyed. If done with a crossbow or other ranged weapon, the magical effect is instead applied to his slugs. Inosuke can also choose to perform an inverse ritual to get rid of the magical effects. Both rituals take an hour to two hours depending on the strength of the magical properties.
