Shattering Bands

Shattering Bands are a pair of magical rings that appear to be made of smoky gray glass. Despite their appearance they are quite strong and magically imbued with destructive power. If a creature wears two of these bands, one on each hand, and attunes to them, they are able to use an action to strike the two bands together and manifest a Shatter spell at any point they can see within 60 feet, cast at 2nd level.

The bands have 3 charges, and regain 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. When activating the bands you may expend more than one charge, up to a total of 3 charges. Each charge beyond the first increases the level of the spell cast by 1.
