An arrow with flame-like fletching and a bright red shaft capped with a leather sleeve emblazoned with three golden suns.
Removing the leather sleeve reveals the arrow's golden head underneath, and upon complete removal causes it to burst into flame — upon which, one of the three suns depicted on the sleeve will also dim. The flame emits a faint warmth, but is otherwise harmless the creature holding the arrow. The flame casts bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet for 1 hour or until the arrow head is sheathed its sleeve.
When used as ammunition for a bow, any creature hit with the arrow will take an additional 1d10 fire damage, and the arrow will be extinguished until re-sheathed.
This item will regain its charges at dawn.
