Arcane Scribbler

This quill, while appearing to be a regular quill is enchanted with a Sending enchantment.

Twice per day, when you write a letter on a regular-sized sheet of parchment using this quill, you may speak the command word along with the recipient's name. The letter, along with the quill, is transported to the recipient. The quill does not return to you unless it is sent to you in the same manner.

You can send the letter across any distance and even to other planes of existence, but if the target is on a different plane than you, there is a 5 percent chance that the message doesn't arrive and the quill is lost forever.
