A marvel of artificer design often crafted during during their studies, this weapon is used to deliver their magical concoctions at range.
Acid Attack. Attacks preformed with this weapon fling Acid (vial). These vials cost 25 gp to purchase or 12 gp in materials to craft using alchemist's tools. You can craft a number equal to 1d4 + your INT modifier once during a long rest.
Potion Launching. As an action you can launch a potion at a creature you can see within range, making a ranged attack if the creature is unwilling. The creature then receives the effect of the potion as if they drank it themselves.
Proficiency with a Light Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
