Silencing Rod

This metal rod is shaped like two tuning forks with their twin tongs welded together. If the wielder of the rod uses an action to speak its command word they cast the Silence spell, with the rod at its center of effect. The silence spell effect has normal concentration and duration however the area of effect does move with the rod. Once used the magic of the rod is used it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
