When fired, a fraction of the Aether stored in the Starglass Crystal is applied to the bullet, rendering it magical and granting it a +1 bonus to both attack and damage rolls. The Aether stored in the Starglass Crystal passively regenerates when kept under a starlit sky for 1 hour, or by spending 1 spell point to manually recharge it.
Proficiency with a Pistol allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
