Remy's Remarkable Ruby

This large, plum-sized ruby was crafted and worn by the great wizard, Remy the Remarkable. When attuned, the ruby painlessly and seamlessly affixes itself to the wearer's forehead. While the wearer lives, this item cannot be removed except by the spell dispel magic.

While attuned to this item, the wearer may cast spells with a range of touch as if they had a range of 30 feet, and can cast spells with a range of self onto other willing creatures as if they had a range of 10 feet. If the targetted creature is unwilling, the spell has no effect and the spell slot is wasted.
