They take an extra 3d6 Acid Damage on Melee Attacks, they must make a DC 15 Constitution throw each turn, on a failed save they become blinded, on the next they become deafened, on the third they fall prone. On the fourth they take 2d8 Acid Damage on every failed save. They have imposed disadvantage on attack rolls until the poison is removed. On the sixth failed roll the poisoned creature drops to 1 hit point and becomes incapacitated. The creature returns to consciousness when they are healed up to their hit point maximum. On healing the healer must make a DC 14 Wisdom Check. On a failed save the healed loses 3 hit points from their hit point maximum. When the poisoned’s hit point maximum drops to 0 they die. They can be brought back by a Lesser or Greater Restoration or Wish.
