Arrow of spell countering

Once per day, resetting at Dawn, this arrow can be fired from any bow, as a reaction, when a spell is cast. If the attack roll is greater than 10 + the spell’s level, the spell is interrupted and has no effect. Independently, if the same attack roll exceeds the target’s AC, the arrow deals the bow’s normal damage.
