You gain a +1 bonus to AC when fully covered by the Second Skin. It starts as a ball of silvery metal that reacts to touch, that then absorbs itself into the bearer and begins to slowly cover their body in a silver metallic color and texture. It takes a full week (progression at each Dawn) to complete the process and by the fifth day, it has covered enough to provide the bonus.  By the seventh and final day, the bearer is head to toe covered in this metallic skin (which is overlaid over their own, not replaced).  The bearer does not feel discomfort and still retains all bodily functions.

CURSED ITEM: The Second Skin bears a curse, however. It cannot be removed without Remove Curse or a Wish spell. In addition, the bearer is vulnerable to lightning damage.
