Feels Like Water: You connect your arcane magic with its own, invoking the power of the artifact. The shard turns a target object or area (2ftx2ft) within a 20ft range into a liquid state, allowing things to pass through it. The target still retains its other physical qualities, such as color, shape and tensile strength (ie. a table targeted by this spell would still support the book on top of it). Only one item can be targeted this way (ie. the table can be affected this way, but not the book on top of it). Both inanimate and animate objects can be affected.
The elemenal energy of water flows through the stone like the raging tide of the ocean; yet it emits a calm as though it were a still lake. The cool, smooth feeling of the stone goes hand in hand with the nature of the magic sealed within it.
