On a a hit, a creature takes 1d10 radiant damage. A creature hit by the beam must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you until the end of your next turn. While charmed in this way, the creature obeys your verbal commands as long as they don't put it into physical harm.
