Magical Amulet created to regain Magic "Spell slots". if not attuned max charges is 5, when attuned max charges is 12, and gains 1 charge auto. Every 12 hours in gains a charge which the character can use as a lvl 1 slot. The character can use multiple charges as long as the can use said lvl spell slots, (So you can"t use enough to cast something at 9th lvl if you can only cast 4th lvl) Can gain higher lvl spell slot by using the sorcery point scale from sorcerer. And a plus 3 to spell attack.
You will have to keep up with the charges some how i couldn't figure that out.
Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Can gain higher lvl spell slot by using the sorcery point scale from sorcerer. , Any class using spell slots.
