Wondrous Item, very rare

(Requires proficiency in a ranged weapon and spellcasting ability)

This arrow has a shining silvertip, set upon a polished dark shaft, with silver reinforcement running the length of the arrow. Two sets of small white feather fins grace the arrow, one set sitting midway back on the shaft and the other at the end. Each of these fins rotates independently from the others in their set. When raised to the ear, the arrow gives off a faint hum if you are proficient with a ranged weapon and possess spellcasting ability. When you nock the arrow to your bow it whispers to you in Elvish “Swift flight to my enemies, wherever they hide.”

When fired from a bow as an action, you can use your bonus action to magically guide the arrow to its target. An arrow guided in this manner can fly up to the long-range of the weapon without incurring disadvantage on the attack roll. A guided arrow ignores cover and grants advantage on all attacks made against targets you can see. If you can see the target, you can guide the arrow to a weak point dealing an additional 1d6 piercing damage. If you cannot see the target, you can guide the arrow to where you believe your enemy to lie, so long as there is a reasonable flight path for the arrow to take; any attack made in this manner has disadvantage.
