Wondrous Item, legendary
The Amulet of Immortality is a necklace that you wear around your neck and it is in the shape of a heart.
What it does is if you were to get your hp (health points) dropped down to zero instead of rolling for the death success or fails you can activate this item as your dying move (bonus action) to regain all your hp to the maximum of health points.
But when you use this it is only a one time affect so when you activate it and you get yourself revived the amulet then turns into dust before your very eyes.
