You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. While attuned to this weapon you gain resistance to poison damage and advantage on constitution saves
once per day you can utter the command word causing the blade of the weapon to dissipate into toxic black cloud for one minute. While in this form you can no longer attack with this weapon and the toxic cloud surrounds the handle of the blade in a 10 ft radius, any creature other than the wielder that starts its turn within this cloud takes 4 (2d4) poison damage. This cloud disappears and the blade reforms if the wielder falls unconscious or duration expires
once per turn you can cause the cloud to lash out at a creature within it, as a bonus action you can make a melee spell attack against a creature within the cloud, on a hit the creature takes poison damage equal to 11 (2d10) plus your spell casting ability modifier.
