Amulet of the Frostmaiden

This amulet is a 5 inch wide silver disc with a large blue gem in the centre in one side and a large snowflake engraving on the other. A silver chain is attached to the top.

This amulet has 3 charges. While attuned to it you can expend 1 charge as a bonus action to give yourself resistance to cold damage and add 1d6 cold damage to melee weapon attacks for 1 minute. This amulet regains 1d3 charges daily at dawn.
