Amaya's Guardian Cloak

While wearing it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC and spellcasting ability modifier: cure wounds 5/LR at level 7, lesser restoration 4/LR, or mass cure wounds 3/LR at level 7, Time Ravage 2/LR. In addition, the user can summon a Demilich, 2 Death Knights, or a Blue Draco Lich. This also adds +3 to spell dc and spell attacks. Upon killing a creature, they are put under the effect of gentle repose. 

Using a reaction, The user can target an attacker and force forgo their attack, spell, or action with a dc of 27 Will Save. Along with this, the user has resistance against Necrotic or immunity to nectotic and does not take damage from life transference. Along with this, there is force, psychic, and physical damage. 

Curse of the Black Cat: A distant curse that afflicted Amaya as a mortal, this curse would cause one to become crippled mentally to a simple minded servant. Creature effected would be placed under the spell geas but will continue to be a servant even after the effect ended. Only the combined effects of a greater restoration and wish to restore the creature's mind and breaking the curse. You can use an action to curse a target using your spell dc or a dc 30 Intelligence save. 

As An action, Creatures with in 35 feet around you may add half of your intelligence modifier to their ac.

The User adds Intelligence to their AC.
