Amulet of Time

This item has 25 charges. It regains 2D10 charges at noon. You can expend one charge to cast time stop, but up to three people can move. You can also use a charge to travel up to one day into the future or past. You can expend all charges to travel to any point in time, when you do this you can have up to 5 willing creatures travel with you. Finally, you can expend all charges to banish a creature into the distant past.
