Arrow of the Serpent

This arrow appears to be three snakes twisted together.

When fired the arrow divides into three poisonous serpents, that animate and attack the target. Each snake has 10hp, an armor class of 12, and the target takes 1d6 piercing damage and must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 3d6 poison damage. The snakes attack separately on your turn.

Notes: Damage: Piercing, Damage: Poison
