Amulet of the Deep - Lvl 1

Hands & feet are webbed. These increase water speed by 30 feet above normal for character.

On a failed saving throw of DC 15, the character's hands get scaly and green. The back of the amulet resembles the Alien sucker and starts latching on to character's chest. This produces an itchy reaction around the point of contact with amulet. Charisma is reduced by 1 due to having odd looking hands and feet.

At this point, the amulet is impossible to remove except for bringing the amulet back to its original tribe, the Sahuagin, or by finding another willing host to take on the amulet.
