Claws form where fingernails used to be and the character's teeth become razor sharp. This allows the character to have use of bite and claw attacks.

If the character is cursed, the character's head and face become scaly and green. The amulet is fully below the character's skin. This produces a painful reaction now around the amulet. Charisma is reduced by 1 due to having the entire body become scaly and green.
