Amulet of the Deep - Lvl 4

Character can now command sea creatures. The character has fully become the Creature of the Deep and can now command the sea creatures around it to do its bidding.

If the character is cursed, the character's head now has fin-like protrusions coming from it. The character's back has a jaggedy fin-like protrusion coming from it now. The amulet is fully below the character's skin and starts beating in sync with the character's heart. This produces a painful reaction now around the amulet. Charisma is reduced by 1 due to having the entire body become scaly and green as well as having fin-like protrusions coming from its skin.
