Astral Bolt (Astral Monk action)

Astral Bolt is an astral monk ability, that costs 1 Ki point. The caster uses a lightning bending stance, similar to Iroh's lighting redirection (if you ever watch Avatar: The Last Airbender). Then the caster concentrates purple lightning onto their finger, and launches their finger forward, shooting the lightning in that direction

Notes: Damage: Lightning
