You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor. this armor comes with a skirt made from strips of leather as a bonus action you can speak the command word and spin the leather strips turn into blades and cut every one nearby all creatures within 5ft of you must make a dc 16 dex save or take 19(3d12) magical slashing damage or half as much on a succesfull save in addition the spinning motion generates giving your either the benifits of the dodge or dash action. you can use this propertity once per needing to take a short or long rest before doing so again.
The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
