This specially harvested leaf grows on a rare oak tree bearing veins of blue and maroon sap underneath its bark. Through a special process of harvesting, soaking in mushroom broth, and careful drying, the leaf can be prepared for brewing a tea that imbues drinkers with a magical ability to mentally communicate with one another.
After the dried leaf has been ground and steeped in hot water for 5 minutes, up to 5 creatures with an intelligence of 4 or higher that drink from the tea within 5 minutes of it being steeped are able to magically hear one another's thoughts for 1 hour, as long as they are within 120 feet of each other. Unfortunately, the effect is not limited to the thoughts that individuals under the effects want to share, it is all thoughts that occur to them. This allows for quick and easy communication, bypassing language barriers, and also grants all who drank the tea advantage on Wisdom saving throws for the duration.
A side effect of drinking the tea is that, for the duration, if one of the individuals suffers Psychic damage, all others that shared the tea suffer the same amount of Psychic damage.
If a creature is unwillingly forced to drink the tea they may resist the effects of it by succeeding at a Wisdom saving throw (DC 12).
