This amulet looks like the head of the raven made of onyx looking to the left with a red gem for an eye. While attuned to this amulet you can once per day call upon the magic of the amulet and transform yourself into a Raven for 1d4 hours. You stay in this form until the charm wears off at which point you will revert back to your original form.
