Ancient Teardrop

This item has 2 charges. It disappears when both charges are spent. When you take an instance of more than 100 damage that would cause you to drop to 0 hit points, or when you would be affected by an effect or spell that would kill you instantly or cause you to drop to 0 hit points, the damage or effect is mitigated such that you drop to 1 hit point instead and this item loses one charge.
