The Arcane Sealer is ideal for ones who do not have or very little magic powers. The Arcane Sealer deals an extra 3d6 force damage to creatures with any magic abilities as the magic is pulled from them. Also when you hit a creature that has a spell cast on it, the spell ends.
Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
