You can rage an unlimited number of times without taking a long rest, and gain the benefit from your Rage feature even if you are wearing this armour. However, if you start your rage while you are wearing this armour, you suffer one level of exhaustion when your rage ends.
Additionally, if you have the Fast Movement feature, you can gain the benefit from it even if you are wearing this armour, but only while you are raging.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
