This is a leather armor made by ancient animal bones applicated on a leather armor painted red and green. You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor. This +1 AC is also working while you transform into animals or got under the effect of spells like polymorph.
Every time you put a non-humanoid creature's bone uppon the armor that you haven't killed or caused it's death you can use the armor's magic to cast Speak With Dead instantly. The dead creature's soul is appear to you if its willing to do (you can encourage the dead spirit to appear by calling it on the name), it can speak to you on your language with telepathy as long as the magic works. You can activate this effect only once / creature.
The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
