This bow was created by the great wizard Melf to give to one of his closest friends of the roguish variety. Though both he and his friend have been lost to time, the bow still remains. When drawing back this bow, a spectral green arrow appears and is knocked in the bow.
This bow has 5 charges that refill after a long rest. On a successful hit, you may choose to expend one charge to release a spectral arrow that deals 1d8 Acid Damage in addition to the longbow’s regular damage.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
