The Anti-Theft Scroll is only made by experienced hands and can be overpowered if used correctly (this is why it is very rare and takes A LOT to make)
Notes: To use the Anti-Theft Scroll the player has to be level 6 or higher. They will roll a D20 + Wis Modifier the DC is 18. If the player is low level they roll at disadvantage. If the roll is failed the scroll will disappear for a short period of time or forever (DM gets to decide).
