Anti Flashbang

This item resembles a tiny hooded lantern that can fit in one hand. The handle for the lantern is actually a pull pin to activate the item.

You can use an action to throw the anti flashbang up to 60 feet. True to it's name, the item emits magical darkness per the spell Darkness (centered on the item itself) and also casts the spell Silence (also centered on the item).
