Age acceleration Liquid

This base liquid is one of the two split off of the original form it takes as when broken down in this form targets the time around the object it touches causing it to accelerate in age or time itself, this liquid must be held in a glass or iron/steel container in order to hold it properly. The liquid is light blue with hints of aqua green along the inside of it as this liquid glows in the dark a dim light of 5ft
