This flute is a length of off white bone carved to the form of a flute. 

Created from the bones of a Giant Rat, this flute Summons Giant Rats when played, allowing the player to command the rats to do simple tasks, such as Guard, Protect or Attack 

The Bearer also gains Advantage on Ranged and Melee attacks if a Giant Rat is within 5' of the Targer. 

While the Ratbone Flute is Attuned the Bearer is also Immune to Disease

Notes: Advantage: Melee Attacks, Advantage: Ranged Attacks, Immunity: Disease, Bonus: Magic, The Ratbone Flute allows the bearer to Summon and Command Giant Rats. The bearer is also given immunity to Disease and can has Advantage on attacks if a Giant Rat under their control is alive and within 5' of the Target. The Summon ability can be used 3 times in a Day, any creature of any alignment. Must be studied and played to charm a Giant Rat before completely attuned, Summoning, Control, Utility, Combat, Instrument
