This plain, gray-green cloak is a boon to travelers the world over, providing an array of useful effects to aid in safe travels.

The wearer resists cold and wet weather, keeping them warm and dry even in severely cold temperatures. This does not protect against cold damage.

The cloak holds within it three pockets. The first fills at each sunrise with sufficient common trail rations to feed the cloak's wearer. The second holds a one-pint metal flask that can fill with either cool water or sugared hot tea up to sixteen times per day when pulled out of the pocket. (The tea is unexceptional in quality, but caffeinated and convenient. The flask can be replaced with any pint-sized container; it itself is nonmagical.) The third holds a few common bath towels, one wrapped around a half-pound of soap; they reappear in the pocket, fresh, repaired and clean at each sunrise.
