Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Short rest)
Air Runner Boots create small fields of energy beneath the wearer's feet, essentially allowing them to run on air at an accelerated rate. If the wearer stops moving they levitate in place until they resume movement or the activation time ends. The wearer needs to return to solid ground by the end of the boots activation time or plummet and take full falling damage.
